Bernhard Frohwitter

He began his intellectual property career in 1974 in the patent department of the German aerospace company Messerschmidt GmbH, where he was responsible for electronics-related inventions. In 1980, Bernhard Frohwitter became a senior and founding partner of the Munich firm of Bardehle, Pagenberg, Dost, Altenburg, Frohwitter, Geissler. In 1998, he formed his own firm. His practice in the last twenty years has focused on high-technology inventions in the digital technology field, with a focus on mobile telephone systems, pharmaceuticals, chemical, bio-technology and IT, particularly in the United States. He is also founder, owner and CEO of ParTec GmbH, the globally leading vendor of operating systems for cluster computer systems.
