The event is believed to be one of the most important IP events organized in China, that has gathered the most influential speakers and guests of Chinese IP world. It will be opened by honorable KONG Xiangjun, Dean of KoGuan Law School at SJTU and Former Chief IP Justice at the SPC.
The event will greatly focus on the leading role of Chinese jurisdiction in view of patent litigation related to SEP/FRAND and the related unsettled issues, to enhance the awareness of the great responsibility of Chinese patent litigation system.
During the whole-day Forum event, you can expect mix of thought-provoking topics, such as the new Art. 71 of the Chinese Patent Law providing punitive damages in patent cases, FRAND rate analysis and roundtable discussions about China´s FRAND. Speakers will share their experience of hearing SEP infringement cases.
